Which help button to use

Checked on 6 October 2026

Which button do I use to tell you about a problem?

For a picture or words that are not right, use “Edit this page!” on that page, or “Edit text!” on a page with only words: you can fix it yourself straight away. Besides that, your book page has three ways to reach us, each for something different. The link under the title of your book, “Something seriously wrong that page fixes can't solve?”, opens the form “Report a serious problem”. Use it when the problem runs through the whole book and page fixes cannot solve it, for example a wrong answer in the form that shaped whole pages. It goes to our team, and we answer by email. The small button “Report something inappropriate” at the bottom right of the screen is only for a picture that looks inappropriate. Sending it pauses printing until our team has looked at it, so please do not use it for mistakes. The Feedback button, just above it, is for problems with the website itself, or for ideas. It does not change your book.

If it is the wrong person all through your book, look at their portrait first. On a page with them, tap or click “Edit this page!”, paint over their face, tap or click “Characters”, then “Fix this person” and the person, and look at their portrait under “Which …?”. Page fixes copy that portrait. Use the link “Something seriously wrong that page fixes can't solve?” only if the portrait itself is not them, and a face fix on the page where their face is clearest still does not look like them.

Steps

  1. After you send the form, look in your inbox for an email from hello@memolio.io. It confirms that your report has arrived and says when to expect our answer. Look in your spam folder too.
  2. To add something, simply reply to that email.
  3. Sending the form does not change your book by itself. If you have not ordered yet, wait for our answer before you order.
  4. If your report is about the whole book, wait for our answer before you fix more pages: changes made now may not carry over if the book needs to be made again.

If the confirmation email does not arrive and is not in your spam folder either, or our answer takes longer than the email said, write to us at hello@memolio.io and mention that you sent a report.

Still stuck? Write to us at hello@memolio.io and tell us what you were trying to do.
