Your invoice
Where is my invoice? I only got a receipt, or my invoice has the wrong name or address.
When you pay, you get a receipt by email straight away. Your invoice comes later: we email it to you as a PDF once you have ordered the printed book with “Order My Printed Copy!” and it has gone to print, usually within a few days. It is dated that day, not the day you paid. If you have not ordered the printed book yet, there is no invoice yet, and that is normal.
If you have ordered it and cannot find the invoice, look in your spam folder for an email from Memolio with a PDF attached.
Only our team can correct an invoice. If yours has the wrong name, address or country, or you need it made out to a company, or it has still not come a while after you ordered, write to us at hello@memolio.io. Tell us the email address you used for your order, the invoice number if you have it (it starts with MEM), what is wrong and the correct details.
If you have already written to us and have not had a reply, look in your spam folder, then write again from the same email address.
