Who can see my book? Is it safe to share the link?
Your book is not public. Search engines do not list it, and nobody can find it without its private link. You find that link in the emails we send you about your book.
Anyone who has the link can open your book. They can also change it, use up your free fixes and order the printed book. So share the link only with family you trust with that, and never post it on social media or in a public group. If your book is a surprise, remember that anyone you send the link to can see it too.
People on our team can also open your book, for example to help you when you write to us. When you order, our printing partner receives the finished pages to print your book. Section 4 of our privacy policy names our printing partner and the other companies that help us make your book.
If you asked someone in your family to answer one of the questions for you, the link you sent them shows only that question, never your book.
If you think someone you do not know has your link, or you see changes that nobody in your family made, write to us at hello@memolio.io straight away. Tell us the email address you used for your order.
