Your parcel has not arrived
My book has not arrived, or the tracking says it was delivered but it is not here. What can I do?
First check with your neighbours, at your local parcel shop and for a card from the carrier. When the parcel left the printer we sent you an email, usually with a link to follow the parcel, so look there too and in your spam folder. Printing and delivery take 5–10 working days (EU + UK; US around 7–10 working days), counted from when you ordered the printed book.
If the book is still missing, or the tracking has not moved for several working days, write to us at hello@memolio.io. Tell us the email address you used for your order, your delivery address, what the tracking shows and when you ordered. Our team can then check with the printer and the carrier.
If you have already written to us and have not had a reply, look in your spam folder, then write again from the same email address.
