When your book will arrive
When will my book arrive? Will it be here in time for a birthday or Christmas?
Printing and delivery take 5–10 working days (EU + UK; US around 7–10 working days). The time starts when you order the printed book with “Order My Printed Copy!” on your book page. It does not start when you paid for your book at the beginning.
Before that, your book is made in 30 minutes to 2 hours after you send your answers. Then you check it at your own pace, and nothing prints until you approve it. From your first answers to the parcel at your door, plan for about 2 weeks.
Once you have ordered, the button on your book page shows “Already ordered ✓”. When the parcel leaves the printer, we send you an email, usually with a link to follow the parcel. The carrier's page shows when it has been delivered. If one of our emails gives a shorter time, go by the times on this page.
We cannot promise a delivery date. If you need the book by a certain day, count back from that day as shown below, and order the print in good time. For Valentine's Day, finish checking your book by Monday 25 January; books approved by Thursday 28 January usually still make it. For Christmas, count back from Christmas Eve in the same way, and order the print as soon as you are happy with your book. In the US, start earlier still, because delivery there takes longer.
Your book page keeps working after you order. If the parcel is late for the day, you can still show the pages on a phone, tablet or computer.
Steps
- Pick the day you need the book by, for example a birthday or Christmas Eve.
- From that day, count back the higher number of working days in the times above. Weekends and public holidays do not count.
- The day you reach is the last day to order the printed book. To be safe, order a few days before it.
- Finish checking your book before then. Then tap or click “Order My Printed Copy!” on your book page.
If your book is ordered and nothing has arrived after the higher number of working days above, or the day you need it looks too close, write to us at hello@memolio.io. Tell us the email address you used, your delivery country and the day you need the book.
