A problem with a payment
I was charged twice, my payment failed but money was taken, or I do not recognise a charge. What can I do?
If one order was paid twice, for example in two browser tabs, only one book is made from it. A card payment that is still pending can also look like a second charge for a day or two and then disappear.
Card payments show on your statement with the name Memolio, which your bank may shorten. If you paid with Klarna or PayPal, their name appears as well.
Only our team can check a payment. Write to us at hello@memolio.io with the email address you used at checkout, the date and amount of each payment and how you paid. Never send us your card number or bank details.
If you have already written to us and have not had a reply, look in your spam folder, then write again from the same email address.
