It starts the way every love story does: two strangers, two separate lives, no idea the other was out there. How We Met tells that story — your years before, the day it changed, and the life you've built since — as a beautifully illustrated hardcover, painted from photos of the two of you. Written in your voice, addressed to them. The kind of gift you can't buy in a shop, because nobody else has your story.

For an anniversary. For a "just because." For the partner who has everything except this. Made by one of you, as a surprise for the other.

How it works

1. Share your photos and your story

   Around 30 minutes on a simple web form — about you, about them, and how you met. Speak your answers if you'd rather talk than type.

2. We create your book

   30 minutes to 2 hours. A writer's craft and AI paint every page: your two faces, your two worlds, the moment they became one.

3. Review and perfect it

   Every page online. Up to 50 free regenerations — faces, outfits, scenes. Nothing prints until you approve.

4. Your hardcover arrives

   Around 7 working days print and ship (EU + UK). 24 pages, full-colour, archival paper.

Written from your photos and your words. You see every page and tweak anything before it prints. A keepsake, not a gimmick.
